Alliance Chat — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on Alliance Chat, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines, including the Child Safety Standards section below.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Alliance Chat. This is a hard requirement, verified at signup, with no exceptions — see Child Safety Standards.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. No account sharing or transferring.

4. Your content

• You retain ownership of what you post.
• By posting, you grant Alliance Chat a license to display, distribute, and store that content as needed to operate the platform.
• You are solely responsible for what you post, send, or list. Alliance Chat does not create, edit, or endorse user content, and does not pre-screen posts before they go live.

5. Marketplace

Alliance Chat provides a platform for listing goods and services. Alliance Chat is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers and does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of any listing.

6. Prohibited conduct

See Community Guidelines, including our zero-tolerance Child Safety Standards. Violation of those guidelines is a violation of these Terms and may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent ban.

7. Legal requests

Alliance Chat may disclose account information in response to valid legal process, where required by law, including reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as described in our Child Safety Standards.

8. Disclaimer

Alliance Chat is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Alliance Chat does not warrant the accuracy, quality, or legality of user-generated content or marketplace listings.

9. Changes to these terms

Alliance Chat may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
